There shall be a National Policy Committee (NPC) of the Institute, which shall be the highest policy making organ of the Institute.

COMPOSITION

The National Policy Committee shall consist of the following:

• All members of the National Executive Council
• All Past Presidents
• All Past Secretary Generals
• All State Chapter Chairmen
• All Trustees
• One (1No.) Representative of the QSRBN
• Chairperson, Women Association of Quantity Surveyors
• Chairman, Association of Consulting Quantity Surveyors
• Chairman, Lecturers/Educators Forum
• Chairman, Fellows Forum
• Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Committee

• One (1No.) Representative each ( who is a Registered Quantity Surveyor Member of the Institute) from the following establishments:
  • Federal Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development
  • Federal Ministry of Works
  • Federal Capital Territory Administration
  • Educational Establishments or Parastatals (NUC, NBTE, etc)
  • National Assembly
  • National Planning Commission
  • The Armed Forces
  • The Nigerian Police Force
  • Customs, Prisons and Immigration Services
• Any other Registered Member of the Institute who for strategic reason(s) the President may invite to the Committee, such as Serving Governor, legislator, Minister and other political appointees in Government.
