In line with NPC’s resolution that as from 1st March 2021 all BOQs to be prepared by registered Quantity Surveyors and Firms must be in accordance with BESMM4.
Follow this steps to download the templates
- Visit the NIQS Membership Portal at portal.niqs.org.ng
- Login to your personal area
- Click BOQ Templates to view
- Click on the document to download.

First, register as a student member. You will be given a number that starts with the letter “S”. They will also send you an email with detailed instructions on how to log in with your number.
